Common
Internet service provider Easy Internet Group of Companies (later: HostWebNine) store the next informations when using the service:

Unique session id
Users IP-address and DNS-address
From which internet website user have come to our service
Date and time
These informations are stored for statistic purposes and for administrative purposes. Internet service provider can publish statistical information about server usage. Individual and unique user data will not be published, IP-address and DNS-address sata will not be published.

Above data can categorize users computer, but not the user itself. Data storage including that kind of data is not a part of Finnish Personal Data Act. Using our services will give us a permission to record above data.

Where are we giving your personal information?
HostWebNine is forced to use customers personal information when registering a domain name to internetional WHOIS-register. This obligation has been given by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), organization which is responsible for monitoring domain names and partial administration (more information: www.icann.org).

HostWebNine will not share customer information for any other matter.

Register protection
HostWebNine secures all data stored and will give access to all information only if it is necessary to serve customer. Data can be used for administrating tasks and statistics usage. Data will not be used for advertising and we will not share customer information with third party.

Right for denial
According to Finnish Personal Data Act point 30, a customer has a right to deny service provider to use given information for advertising, sales or other sales act. Customer can inform us about denial by email through our customer zone.

Updating information
According to Finnish Personal Data Act point 29, service provider has to immediately update all customer information if it is not up to date. If updating information is not done or if it is denied by service provider, customer can forward issue to Finnish Data Protection Supervisor. Data Protection Supervisor can give an order to correct and update false data.

For data inspection customer should contact the register holder personally.
